What you may do with the site

Read it, download the documents we publish, and share them within your organisation or with your customers as they are.

• · Do not alter a document and continue to present it as ours.
• · Do not reproduce our text or artwork in your own material without asking first.
• · Do not attempt to break into, disrupt or scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors.

Documents and specifications

Catalogues, fliers, datasheets and manuals describe the products as they stood when the document was issued. Specifications, models and availability can change, and we improve the products over time.

Prices shown on this site are list prices in Malaysian Ringgit, exclude applicable taxes, and are subject to change. Hardware is quoted separately from the licence. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a quotation from us is.

The trial

The 2-hour trial is provided so you can evaluate MACHHUB on your own equipment. It is supplied as it is, for evaluation, and is governed by the licence agreement presented with the software. Do not rely on a trial installation to run production equipment.

Trade marks and content

MACHHUB, the MACHHUB mark and the material on this site belong to Intellogic Technology Sdn Bhd unless stated otherwise. Other company and product names mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to say what MACHHUB connects to.

Links to other sites

This site links to our documentation, our GitHub organisation and the Self-Service Portal, and may link elsewhere. We are not responsible for the content of a site we do not run, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We try to keep the site and the downloads available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

The site and its documents are provided for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on them, including lost profit, lost production or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Engineering decisions should be confirmed against a current specification and, where it matters, with us directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when the current wording was set, and using the site after a change means accepting it.
